We are looking not just for a manager, but for a leader to overhaul, redesign, and strengthen AML/CFT processes, architecture, and the team. This role involves managing a team of 30+ professionals across multiple divisions, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical expertise, and a collaborative spirit to drive performance, uphold regulatory standards, contribute to the organization’s strategic goal, and acting as a key point of contact for regulators and auditors.
