Senior Business Relationship Manager

We are expanding our Business Relationship Managers team and are looking for a Senior Business Relationship Manager who will take a strategic role in managing relationships with our corporate clients. This position is critical in ensuring not only smooth onboarding but also the long-term satisfaction and retention of our most valued clients. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to join our team in either Vilnius or Kaunas.

We would love you to have
- 2+ years of experience in B2B relationship management, account management, or corporate onboarding—ideally in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
- Proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken) is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a strong advantage
Salary
Salary for this position ranges from 2160 – 3600 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on your experience, competence, and motivation.
