Business Relationship Manager

We are looking for an addition to our Business development team to help us deliver the best onboarding experience possible for our corporate customers, as well as take care of maintaining the relationship afterwards. Business relationship manager will have a possibility to join our team in Vilnius or Kaunas offices.

- Maintain a professional and attentive contact with demanding corporate customers
- Facilitate smooth and fast onboarding process for corporate customers
- Handle communication with customers regarding their queries and our requests
- Ensure excellent customer experience
- Reach out and respond to customers all over the world in English
- Manage corporate customers’ data to make sure it is correct at all times
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Positive, polite, and proactive attitude
- Extremely good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changes in the situation
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
- University education is a plus but could be a final year student as well
Salary
Salary for this position ranges from 1200 to 2100 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on your experience, competence, and motivation.
