Information Security Officer
As an Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for the overall cyber protection of Bankera ecosystem by planning and implementing policies to safeguard the company's computer network and data from various forms of security breaches.

- Lead organization's cybersecurity governance, policies, and security framework
- Coordinate security audits, assessments, and third-party risk management
- Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing
- Define and implement the organization's long-term information security vision and strategy
- Continuously identify and asses security threats, define the organization's risk tolerance, implement appropriate security controls and mitigation measures
- Develop and maintain incident response procedures, conduct regular testing and simulations, lead the response to cybersecurity incidents and attacks
- Coordinate internal and external audits and organize security assessments, including penetration testing
- Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks related to vendors, service prividers, and other third parties.
- Oversee SOC activities, threat monitoring, incident detection, and vulnerability management
We would love you to have
- A university bachelor’s degree in IT, IT Security, Mathematical Informatics, or another relevant field of study
- At least 5 years of previous experience in an information security-related position
- Relevant security certifications (CISM, CISA) would be an advantage
- Familiarity with information security management frameworks (ISO27011, NIST, PCI DSS) and regulatory requirements
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn, teach, and share with others
- Responsible, organized, and self-motivated personality
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Salary
Salary for this position ranges from 4900 to 6800 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on your experience, competence, and motivation.
