Information Security Officer
As an Information Security Officer, you will help maintain and continuously improve Bankera's information security and compliance framework. You will focus on ensuring that security controls, policies, and processes are aligned with applicable requirements, with a particular focus on ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.

- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO 27001
- Coordinate and support ISO 27001 and PCI DSS compliance activities, ensuring that relevant requirements are properly addressed and documented
- Coordinate preparation for internal and external security audits, including gathering and organizing audit evidence
- Maintain and regularly review information security policies, procedures, standards, and other ISMS documentation
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of information security controls and follow up on identified gaps
- Track audit findings, non-conformities, risks, and remediation actions and ensure that progress is properly documented
- Support regular risk assessments and maintain the information security risk register
- Work with IT, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, HR, and other teams to ensure security and compliance requirements are understood and implemented
- Support third-party and vendor security assessments
- Keep up to date with relevant information security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry practices
- Contribute to security awareness and other information security initiatives across the organization
We would love you to have
- A university bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, or another relevant field of study
- 2+ years of experience in information security, IT audit, GRC, compliance, or a related field
- Practical understanding of ISO 27001 and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
- Good understanding of PCI DSS requirements and compliance principles
- Experience participating in or preparing for information security, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or similar audits
- Experience working with security policies, procedures, controls, and compliance documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and maintain audit evidence and documentation
- Ability to identify compliance gaps and follow up on remediation activities
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 Internal Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM or PCI-related training would be an advantage
- Analytical and structured approach to work
Salary
Salary for this position ranges from 3000 to 5000 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on your experience, competence, and motivation.
