Penetration Tester

We are looking for a Penetration Tester who will be responsible for testing the company’s applications, software, and infrastructure, as well as performing scans, advising, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

- Perform penetration tests on computer systems, networks, and applications
- Research, evaluate, document, and discuss findings with IT teams and management
- Review and provide feedback on information security fixes
- Design and implement information security standards, requirements, and best practices
- Identify potential cybersecurity weaknesses and propose solutions
- Improve existing security services, including hardware, software, policies, and procedures
- Research and evaluate emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend mitigation strategies
- Cooperate with various teams across Bankera on information security issues
- Provide advice and guidance to staff on information security matters
- Stay up to date with information security practices

We would love you to have
- Previous experience as a Penetration tester
- Relevant security certifications and/or higher education in IT or cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of UNIX, Linux, Windows, iOS, Android, and networks
- Familiarity with security standards, frameworks, and risk management methodologies
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn, teach, and share with others
- Responsible, organized, and self-motivated personality
Salary
Salary for this position ranges from 1040 to 3960 EUR for junior and mid-level specialists. For senior level specialists, salary ranges from 3960 to 9840 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on your experience, competence, and motivation.
