Card Operations and Fraud Prevention Manager

Our Operations and Fraud Prevention Managers are at the forefront of making this happen. We are looking for an addition to our Operations team with a particular focus on card payments and fraud monitoring who would help us facilitate payment operations. Card Operations and Fraud Prevention Manager will be able to work from our offices in Vilnius or Kaunas and will make sure that our banking infrastructure is employed to the full extent.

- Monitor payment card transactions and make sure that our banking software is synchronized with the payment card processors
- Execute transactions that need attention from the Operations specialist
- Manage debit card GL
- Identify, investigate, and research potential fraud cases
- Assist the risk manager with providing data on emergent fraud patterns to mitigate fraud losses
- Monitor and maintain the liquidity of our accounts at partner institutions and payments systems
- Provide input in setting up anti-fraud strategies
- Get involved in payments PCI compliance activities
- Assist the risk manager in ensuring that debit/ATM card fraud programs and actions are in compliance with the regulations
- Submit reports to the management regarding fraud and unusual dispute trends
Requirements
- Understanding of payments, payment cards, retail banking, operations
- General knowledge of common payments and payment cards fraud patterns
- Experience in payment, banking, payment cards operations or a similar field
- Proficiency in Excel
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Mathematics is preferable
- Knowledge of VISA operating rules and regulations, especially chargebacks, is a huge plus
- Fluency in English
- Understanding of all acronyms used in this job advertisement
