- Source and attract top talents using a variety of search methods to fill our open positions
- Recruit applicants, review resumes, conduct interviews, and perform background checks
- Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the entire interview process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Attend job fairs, college campuses, meetups, etc.
- Ensure highest standards of the organisation’s image internally and externally (during job interviews, advertisements, career fairs)
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team-building activities
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist (in FinTech would be considered as an advantage)
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for specified roles
- Excellent skills in sourcing and attracting passive candidates
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Self-confidence and self-starter
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written in Lithuanian and English
