QA Automation Engineer
Bankera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and testing methodologies, a passion for technology, and a proven track record in QA Automation. As the QA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

- Continuously monitor and improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality software.
- Develop and implement comprehensive automated testing strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the quality and performance of Bankera’s products.
We would love you to have
- Experience in designing an automation framework from scratch is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing test automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber) and object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitLab, Bamboo).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
Salary
Salary for this position ranges from 3300 to 9840 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on your experience, competence, and motivation.
