This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join a dynamic and growing company as we are seeking a Legal Counsel for the Legal team. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a vital role in a daily life of every team and external stakeholders. If you know what EMI, MICA, SaaS, Acuiring, white-label solutions, BIN sponsorship… means, or wish to know it, you will have ability to deepen or expand your skills and experience in every fintech-related area. As a Legal Counsel, you will work together with a competent team of legal officers, aside having tight collaboration with business development, compliance teams, product related partners.

- Advice regarding contractual obligations, relationships with partners, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties worldwide (regulators, external counsels, public authorities, etc.)
- Lead high-stakes negotiations on complex commercial contracts, strategic partnerships, and vendor agreements
- Assess legal and regulatory feasibility for new FinTech products, features, and cross-border expansion initiatives
We would love you to have
- At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably within a regulated FinTech, Electronic Money Institution (EMI), bank, or law firm’s banking & finance practice
- Master’s degree in Law
- In-depth knowledge of EU and Lithuanian financial regulations
- Demonstrated ability to make sound, risk-weighted legal decisions independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong English communication skills (written and oral)
Salary
Salary for this position ranges from 2500 to 4860 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on your experience, competence, and motivation.
