Legal Officer for Risk Management

As our company experiences rapid growth, so do the complexities and challenges in managing risk. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Risk Management division to support these efforts. - Developing risk management policies and procedures
- Participating in daily operational risk monitoring, reviewing all types of risks, and implementing control measures
- Collecting data from various sources and divisions to prepare risk assessments and quarterly risk management reports
- Managing risk incident process (including recording risk events, and preparation of incident reports)
- Assisting in ad hoc risk management requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- At least 2+ years of experience in legal role focused on risk management, compliance, internal audit etc
- Previous experience in the implementation and monitoring of risk management, monitoring and reporting systems within the Banking industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Logical and analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Natural interest in Banking, Fintech, Finance, Economy
Salary
Salary for this position ranges from 2500 to 3800 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on your experience, competence, and motivation.
