AML/CTF Training Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our organization as the AML/CTF Training Team Lead. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) training programs for our employees with long term vision to provide company-wide trainings on necessary topics. Your role will involve creating and delivering engaging training materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

  • Develop and oversee the AML/CTF training program, including training materials, training plans, curriculum, and delivery methods.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and update training materials as needed.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, incorporating adult learning principles.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all employees receive the necessary training within required timeframes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AML/CTF regulations and industry best practices and incorporate them into training materials and programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to the training team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements and provide reports to direct manager.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Compliance) or equivalent work experience.
  • Solid understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in the AML/CTF field.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire trainees.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Professional certifications related to AML/CTF (e.g., CAMS, ICA) are highly desirable.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
