AML Quality Control Specialist

Quality Assurance Team within AML area is looking for a Quality Control specialist who will be responsible for verifying and ensuring compliance with AML quality standards. This role is perfect for entry-level specialists or for those who wish to transfer from other AML areas (KYC, ODD, Monitoring) to Quality Assurance. Final remuneration will depend on experience and know-how.

- Perform quality control checks in accordance with AML policies and departmental procedures
- Analyse data and prepare reports to improve quality performance at individual and team level
- Identify and ensure constant improvements of service quality by preparing action proposals
- Provide regular feedback relating to quality control reviews to AML Management and Team Lead on how to improve their investigations.
- Assist Quality Control and Trainings Team Lead in daily tasks, including development and improvement of AML quality procedures
- Perform quality control checks on completed AML cases and provide feedback to AML specialists in regards to quality requirements
- Assist on preparing presentations and monthly summaries
Requirements
- Experience in conducting AML quality assurance (nice to have but not essential)
- Experience in a Fintech would be considered as an advantage
- Overall interest in AML field and constantly seeking knowledge
- ICA, ACAMS certification is an advantage
- Good knowledge and understanding of AML laws and regulatory environment
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and reports
- Excellent ability to conduct research
- Strong attention to the details
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Fluency in English (fluency in another European language is a plus)
